Our NVQ Level 2 course covers all of the units and skills currently needed to be fully qualified as a barber, and is delivered via a compact, easy to follow 6 week course made up of user-friendly theory and practical sessions. By the time you have finished this course you will be able to approach salons for employment, set up your own business as a mobile / freelance barber, or you can continue to get further qualifications with us. The choice is yours.

The course fee also includes a full barbering kit (worth £390.00), and all other equipment and tools required to complete the course are provided by the academy. By the end of the course you will have built a vast portfolio of your work including written and practical assignments, photo evidence and documentation of your skills, as well as achieving your NVQ Level 2 in Barbering.

All you need to bring is lots of enthusiasm, and a camera to take pictures for your portfoilo of the amazing work you’ll be producing. We'll take care of the rest!
